The Role
You work directly with the founders as their strategic right hand.
The role is intentionally broad. In any given week you might be stress-testing a business case for a potential acquisition, structuring the reporting setup for a newly integrated firm, or taking full ownership of a project that matters but has no clear home yet. Sometimes you'll be deep in a spreadsheet. Sometimes you'll be in a room with a firm owner developing a new strategy.
What You'll Own
- Strategic and analytical projects. You structure problems, build the analysis, and deliver a clear point of view. You help the founding team make faster, better decisions with better information.
- Firm integration and operations. You drive the operational workstreams that come with acquiring and integrating firms: onboarding, process documentation, and cross-firm coordination.
- Group reporting and controlling. You support and maintain the reporting infrastructure that keeps the group running.
- Process and workflow improvements. When something is manual, fragmented, or slowing us down, you fix the underlying system rather than the symptom. You're comfortable getting into the tools to make it happen.
- Cross-functional initiatives. You take ownership of projects that span teams and workstreams. You scope them, drive them, and deliver them.
Who You Are
You're a recent graduate or someone with a year or two of experience in consulting, banking, or a fast-paced startup. The specific background matters less than what you've actually done with it. Excellent written and spoken German and English is a must.
You build trust quickly. You write clearly, communicate proactively, and adjust depending on whether you're talking to a founder, a firm partner, or a new team member. People know where they stand with you.
You have a bias to action. You'd rather ship something and improve it than wait for the perfect plan. Ambiguity doesn't slow you down and you find a path forward and move. You've done hard things before that prove it.
You take full ownership. You see what needs to happen, you make it happen, and you follow through. You don't leave things half-done and you don't wait to be asked twice.
