The Role

Learn the craft of sales from the ground up at Tacto — prospecting, cold calling, running discovery calls, and building pipeline — with genuine coaching, tight feedback loops, and the chance to advance from prospecting expert to experienced sales professional within a year. You'll play a crucial part in scaling Tacto's sales and the entire organization.

What You'll Own

  • Take ownership of the prospecting pipeline, from identifying to converting new leads by approaching decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Test and implement innovative strategies to generate both outbound and inbound leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, market, and customers, and impress leads with different sales techniques.
  • Conduct thorough B2B market research and design convincing sales material and presentations.
  • Create and refine call scripts and communication templates, and run team-internal training sessions and workshops.
  • Become AI-native — leverage AI to accelerate your work and share successful workflows.

Who You Are

  • Motivated to build something from the ground up and happy to work hands-on.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • You enjoy talking to and convincing customers, and are diligent so customers can rely on you.
  • Initial experience in SaaS sales, tech-savvy, and/or interested in the industrial sector.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and positive towards challenges.
