The Role

A high-ownership internship at Tacto held to the same bar as full-time hires. You'll join one of Tacto's teams — Business Development, Customer Value, Talent & Org Development, Marketing & Growth, Strategy & Operations, Procurement Data Analyst, or Sales Operations — based on where your skills and their needs align, leaving with hands-on experience, strong role models, and a powerful network.

What You'll Own

• Business Development — uncover new growth opportunities and support sales execution to win new customers.
• Customer Value — help customers unlock measurable cost savings, working closely with product and sales.
• Strategy & Operations — uncover strategic levers and translate them into the operational engines that power Tacto's scale.
• Marketing & Growth — drive positioning, brand, and growth initiatives for Europe's leading procurement platform.
• Revenue Operations — refine and drive strategic projects end-to-end across the revenue engine.

About the Company

Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement — its Procurement Intelligence Platform is trusted by hundreds of companies running billions of euros of material. Who You Are

• Experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, scale-up, or consulting).
• Self-driven — you don't need hand-holding.
• Naturally curious — you ask questions and dig deeper.
• You genuinely want to build things and take ownership.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, and mission-aligned with helping European industry stay competitive.
