Founders Associate Intern

The Role

Work directly with the founders and management at a fast-growing Series-A SaaS company, gaining 360° insight into scaling an AI procurement platform. You'll support strategic initiatives and operational excellence while learning from experienced entrepreneurs in Berlin.

What You'll Own

• Collaborate with management to prepare growth initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Lead strategically significant projects from ideation through implementation.
• Optimize core processes and establish performance metrics for scaling.
• Direct projects independently, coordinate stakeholders, and present data-driven results.
• Contribute insights to product development, process implementation, customer strategy, and sales.
• Conduct targeted research on markets, customer needs, and competitors.

Mercanis is an AI-powered procurement platform digitizing the entire procurement process. Who You Are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Prior experience in demanding, fast-paced environments (consulting, investment banking, or growth startups).
• A proactive self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Composed under pressure, and fluent in English and German.
