GTM - Intern (Sales)

The Role

Join comstruct's Go-to-Market team and help shape how it brings innovation to construction, one of the world's largest industries. As a GTM Intern you'll be at the heart of the sales engine, turning data, creativity, and persistence into real customer impact (hybrid, 3 days a week in the Munich office).

What You'll Own

• Cultivate relationships with B2B prospects in construction — proactively reaching out to generate interest and schedule discovery calls.
• Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone) to identify potential customers and build outreach campaigns.
• Support GTM initiatives by researching new customer segments, analyzing target markets, and refining sales strategy.
• Track results, improve CRM data quality, and optimize lead-generation processes with the GTM team.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and digitalization in construction.

About the Company

comstruct is a construction-tech startup founded in March 2022 building the data layer for the construction industry, automating commercial processes by extracting item-level material data from delivery notes and invoices. Backed by a €12.5M seed round from 20VC, Google Ventures, and top European investors, it already serves nine of Switzerland's ten largest contractors.

Who You Are

• Passion for B2B software sales and a strong interest in startups, SaaS, and digital transformation.
• Proactive, curious mindset, eager to learn how GTM and sales strategies work in fast-scaling companies.
• Analytical, structured working style with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in German (C2 required) and English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay is a plus.
