Strategy & Operations Intern

The Role

A minimum three-month internship working directly with the COO across the operational core of the business. The goal is clear — integrate newly acquired firms onto the Limetax platform and help them thrive. One week you might set up reporting infrastructure for a newly integrated firm; the next you're building a process that didn't exist before.

What You'll Own

• Portfolio operations and firm integration — support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired firms, from tool implementation to process harmonization.
• Process building and automation — identify manual, fragmented workflows and help fix them at the root, getting into the tools to make it happen.
• Reporting and controlling — help build and maintain the reporting infrastructure that keeps the group running.

About the Company

Limetax is building the operating system for the €20B German tax advisory industry — acquiring established tax firms and transforming them into high-performing, technology-enabled businesses through proprietary software, streamlined operations, and strong group infrastructure. The founding team spans investment banking, venture building, and applied AI, backed by top-tier investors.

Who You Are

• A student in the final stages of your degree or a recent graduate, ideally with some exposure to consulting, a startup, or a fast-paced operational environment.
• You think in structures — you frame a messy problem before you solve it, and your work is precise and well-reasoned.
• You have a bias to action and pick up new tools and contexts quickly without hand-holding.
• You take full ownership and follow through. Excellent German and English is a must.
